| Buying Terms |
All the items are produced accordingly to a strictly artisan manufacturing and consequently they might not be immediately available when ordered. In this case you will be advised via e-mail on the presumed date of availability, and you might decide to wait and confirm the order, or to renounce to purchase. In this case your credit card will not be charged.
Any request of personalization has to be indicated in the Your notice to us text box after the Checkout page. We will give you the necessary instructions of the material needed by the Artisans to satisfy your requests. |

| Shipping |
The shipping of goods will be executed within 48/72 hours from the receiving of the order, subject to availability. In this case we will inform you via e-mail on the presumed date of availability and you might decide to wait and confirm the order, or to renounce to purchase. In this case your credit card will not be charged.
For all the shippings to the countries of the European Community that do not have custom formalities we deliver within three days. The shippings to Norway and Portugal will be delivered within 5 days, unless further custom formalities. For packages within 30 chilos of weight.
For shipping in the rest of the world we deliver within 2-5 days, according to the country of destination, unless further custom formalities. For packages within 20 chilos of weight. |

| Credit Cards |
| The collecting of information on Credit Cards is done through the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, the most widespread safety protocol, with the primary assignment of insure privacy and security of the communications between the buyer's computer and the Bank's server, through 128-bit data encryption. Payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards are accepted through Banca Sella's gateway. |

| Recession's Right |
The legislative decree n° 185 of 22.05.99, according to the CEE instructions 97/7/CE, allows the consumer to recede from the buying.
In order to exercise this right, the customer has to send, within 10 working days from the reception of goods, a registered letter with advice of receipt to the shopkeeper who has supplied the goods, to the address that you will find clicking on the Contact button present in any virtual shop of our mall. Within the same term of 10 working days, the consumer will have to send back to the shopkeeper the goods in intact conditions, at his expenses (of the customer). The customer will be refund of the entire amount of money spent as soon as possible, and anyway within 30 days from the date that the shopkeeper has been given notice of the exercise of recession from the customer.
The customer cannot exercise the recession's right if the ordered goods have been personalized, according to the art. 5, sub-section 3, of the same law. |
